I don’t work out, and never really have. Joining Thrive would be a totally new thing for me. The thought of it is a little intimidating, but I think I’ll be able to look back and be really glad I made the decision to try it.
There are a few physical activities I regularly incorporate into my lifestyle, but I don’t do any regular training. I know I could benefit from being part of a consistent program and an encouraging community like Thrive.
I have a pretty regular weekly workout schedule. I am in good shape compared to most of my peers and am looking for a program that will help me use my training time more efficiently and give me results I haven’t been able to achieve on my own.
I am proficient in all the movements that the Thrive programs regularly utilize, and my training consistently makes use of them. I am in very good shape compared to my peers and am looking for a program and community that will help me maintain my level of fitness.
I’m an advanced or elite athlete. I’ve been part of a solid program for years and am just looking to continue my training with the community at Thrive.
