This is where the work happens. Our programming emphasizes a comprehensive approach to fitness through high-intensity interval training (HIIT), weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Each WOD (workout of the day) is designed to enhance strength, power, and endurance, promoting functional fitness so every athlete can truly thrive.

MASTERS

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, & FRIDAY

This class focuses on athletes new to TACFit as well as our Master athletes. You may call them seasoned, retired, or older adults…we call them Legends!

KIDS

TUESDAY & THURSDAY

3:45 PM

TACFit Kids is free for children of Thrive members. The 6-12 age group learns all fundamental moves you’ll see in the adult classes. We incorporate WODs into games to make sure fitness is fun!

HYROX

THURSDAY

5:30 PM

Our Hyrox programming combines traditional endurance training with functional fitness to develop hybrid athletes.

SPORT

SCHEDULE WITH COACH JOSH

Our sport classes focus on fast twitch muscle development, featuring sprint efforts and explosive movements. These classes are available on an occasional basis.
